On this page we will talk about food culture which is popular in Japan "B class gourmet".
Explaining "B Class gourmet" is not easy.Because it is so diverse.
There are regional cuisine, sweet dessert, too.There is restaurant cuisine and home cooking as well.Not only a dish with a long history but also some invented in the present age.
But there is something in common between them.B class gourmet is that it is a popular food to eat every day, not luxury.
It is not a big country in Japan, but in the past it was divided into many small countries. As a result, diverse food culture was developed for each region.It is inherited also by the B class gourmet, and even in modern times there are different food cuisines for each region.
